RETURN POLICY 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We also do not cover any duty/taxes/custom fees that may incur with international shipments. If a package is rejected due to fees not being paid and the package is returned to us with fees to pay they will be deducted from the refund amount along with original shipping.

Eligibility for Returns

-Items must be unwon, unwashed, and in their original condition.

-All original tags must be attached.

- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exclusions

 -Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

-Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

 -Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.

Processing Your Return

 -Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 -If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Exchanges

 -We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

For unique design orders via instagram :

50% of the fees must be paid before the project is started and the remaining 50% must be paid at the end of the project.

In case of cancellation of the single design order made by the client, during the project procedure, the remaining 50% of the costs must be paid within 14 days.

Only if, an unique design project in progress is canceled by The Celebi, the 50% paid at the start of the project launch, will be paid and refunded within 30 days.
